She is a seasoned Delivery Manager with strong experience in Product Development in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. She is a passionate Agilist with rich experience in Agile and Scrum methodology in varied roles as Scrum Master, Agile Program Manager, Agile Facilitator & Agile Champion. She discovered her love for Public Speaking through the Toastmasters Community and mentors fellow Toastmasters. She is an empathetic Individual who is part of an NGO with an aim to make a difference to the Society. She is crazy about Mentoring and Coaching individuals to discover their potential. She has been a Mentor to several colleagues and has a vision to transform personal and professional lives of people. With this obsession, she started Gurus360.
Srini is a Professional with around two decades of experience in the IT Services Industry. He has certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP), is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Six Sigma Green Belt. He has rich experience in Program Management, Project Management, Technical Management, PMO, Team Coaching and Mentoring, Competency Development. He has expertise in executing Projects in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. He is passionate about Training and has been involved in conducting regular trainings & webinars in Project Management Knowledge areas, Scrum, CMMI and Communication techniques, in both internal and public forums. He believes in giving back to the Community by grooming Leaders. With this strong intent, he started Gurus360.
Revathy is a successful Chartered Accountant with 25 years of experience managing finance & accounts operations. She comes with extensive work experience in Tally, Quick Books Accounting Software, Greytip, Relyon & Paybooks Payroll Software & handling Accounting and Control functions in startup companies.
She is passionate about Training and has trained several corporates in the areas of GST, Corporate and Personal Finance. She spearheads the Finance trainings for Gurus360 as a consulting trainer.
